Oh lala, another Fashion Blogger Top 10!
And today its all about my Favorite French Bloggers! and yes! Most of them are from Paris (and what's not to love about Paris!)

Best would be if you "parle francais" but if you ~like me~ don't, you will be fine as well because luckily for us the French are amongst the best in capturing the most lush images in the blogsphere so even when not able to read, the photos are often enough to dream away!

BLOODWORK: PARIS

After completing a strenuous work week in London, Max, Marcus, and I made our way to Paris via train.  Here we paid a visit to the workspace of the unequivocally singular Tin-Tin and Co.  After photographing his clientèle for BloodWork we were happy to come upon a day off.  The opportunity was not squandered, took time to visit the Louvre (art overload), had a few great meals, drank, and slept.

The next morn was another photon deficient event.  With fashion week goings on in Paris and the rail protests in Germany we where finding it increasingly difficult to make our way around the continent by train.  Adding to the drag, we each were hefting our fair share of photo equipment along the way.  This all necessitated early rising and patient waits in train stations hoping to board whatever diesel beast would take us.  So at 4am we headed to Gare du Nord.  Dead time getting high on cheap espresso.  Next up Zürich.

BloodWork last year.  Our residence for a day and a night.  Across the street from Gare Du Nord.  Max stealing light.

PARIS: PERE LACHAISE

The streets of Paris were like veins.
The city pulsed with life.
Even in the city of the dead life reverberated
with passioned death of so many a life lived.

BLOODWORK: BODIES: GARE DE L'EST

Got to Gare de l'Est at 5am to make the jump to Zurich. Not to be... six hours to kill in the Paris station. Loaded up on espresso for to work on concepts for the BloodWork book and scheduling for the photo shoots in the coming days.

BLOODWORK: BODIES: TIN-TIN

Shooting all day in the upstairs of Tin-Tin's. Thanks to everyone for being so accommodating while we took over the workspace, and especially to Rachel for helping to make everything go smoothly.
If all goes well we might actually get a day off (!!!) before heading to Zurich.
